Therapeutic Massage – promotes general relaxation, release of stress, improves circulation and increases range of motion, by applying long, gliding strokes, with light to medium pressure, along with gentle kneading as needed.

Neck & Shoulders - Just a simple treat to loosen up your tight neck and shoulders to hold you over until you can pamper yourself to a full massage!

Reiki – This energy-based treatment uses little or no physical contact. This also requires wearing comfortable clothing.

Reiki means universal
life force energy. This is a Japanese, energy-based
technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. It is a light or no-touch therapy.
Cranio Sacral – With this non-invasive technique, you are fully clothed and will experience gentle pressure to the head, spine and sacrum. This will help to ease discomfort throughout the body.
60 min - $60
Cranio Sacral Therapy is also an energy-based, light-touch
therapy that releases restrictions in the soft tissues that surround the
central nervous system and promotes extremely deep relaxation.
Prenatal – helps the mother-to-be to not only relax, but it also increases circulation, reduces edema and promotes flexibility.
60 min - $70 / 75 min - $85
Reflexology – a very relaxing foot massage, also using pressure point techniques. This can also promote realignment of body’s energy flow.
30 min - $30 / 60 min - $60
Aromatherapy – an essential oil of your choice is incorporated into the
massage to further enhance your relaxation experience.
